At LeSequin every order is custom made therefore the only reasons we will entertain returns and exchange requests are if the item, at time of shipping was damaged or not according to measurements provided by you. All orders go through quality check and are video taped at time of shipping. No return or exchange requests will be processed if the item returned to LeSequin is used or fails to meet the condition it was delivered in.
LeSequin suggests, before placing an order you go through the product description carefully clarifying any doubts or concerns with a customer service representative, keeping in mind that the final product may vary in color and style than the one photographed based on the difference between your measurements and color choices compared to the model. Once you place an order with LeSequin we have an understanding that you have accepted all terms, conditions and risks of using our services. Disputes, if may occur, will be settled within courts in Pakistan. |
